Maintenance Engineer (Electrical)

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) for one of the leading food manufacturers in Malaysia. This position requires your urgent attention.

• Team size: 4-8 direct reports
• Location: Selangor

the role

• Oversee machine breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and daily maintenance, ensuring compliance with GMP, HALAL, and ISO standards.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues to maintain optimal machine performance.
• Analyze machine efficiency and downtime data to identify areas for improvement and implement new SOPs.
• Work closely with production, QC, and supplier teams to address machine issues, launch new products, and improve plant performance.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and participate in audits to maintain quality standards..

the experience

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience in FMCG or manufacturing industries
• Knowledge in FSSC 22K, ISO 22K, GMP and production QMS.
